John Fareed is an internationally recognized authority in the field of hospitality marketing, and has spoken on the topic at industry events in Brazil, Croatia, Egypt, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Mexico, United Kingdom, and across the US, Canada and Caribbean. He has appeared as an expert on national television programs including ABC News, CNN and Fox News Network, in publications such as the New York Times, USA Today, and the Wall Street Journal, and has had articles published in numerous trade journals. John holds two postgraduates including a Master of Science degree in Hospitality Management from the Dublin Institute of Technology's School of Hospitality Management and Tourism in Dublin, Ireland, as well as professional designations from the prestigious International Society of Hospitality Consultants [ISHC] and the Hospitality Sales and Marketing Association International [HSMAI]. HSMAI recognized John as one of the “Top 25 Extraordinary Minds in Sales and Marketing”, and he currently serves on the Board of Directors for ISHC and as Chairman of the Board of Trustees for HSMAI’s International Foundation.

John is a frequent lecturer at some of the world’s best hotel schools including the Institut de Management Hôtelier International at the École Supérieure des Sciences Economíques et Commerciales, one of Europe's preeminent business schools, in Paris, France.

Gina Iovino, Director of Client Services

Gina Iovino has a diverse background in public relations. Since 1997 she has managed a variety of accounts in business sectors ranging from the publishing industry and luxury goods to travel and tourism. While working at Columbus PRCo, she was entrenched in the high-end hotel business honing her global strategy skills with a portfolio that included Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts, Grand Hotel Stockholm, Design Hotels and The Setai and leveraged her media contacts to land top placements for her clients. Previously Gina held a position with M. Silver Associates and led the work on the Chinatown, New York account, which won her a Silver Anvil and a Platinum HSMAI Adrian Award. Gina garnered her thorough knowledge of brand building from her work in-house at Lorraine Schwartz Diamonds & Fine Jewelry, where her efforts were instrumental in attracting A-List celebrity clientele and securing coveted placements such as the cover of Vogue. Her roots in public relations began at The Rosen Group publicizing magazine clients including Cooking Light, People and Budget Travel magazines. Her work there involved regular broadcast segments on the Today Show as well as other top morning programs.

In her spare time, Gina is an active member of the Enrollment and Food Committees at The Rudolf Steiner School and is a board member of ARCHIVE, a non-profit dedicated to improving the health of impoverished countries by addressing housing and architectural issues. Gina holds a BS in Marketing from Lehigh University.
